Milne

What I know about my Milnes is their descent from James Milne who was a shipmaster in Stonehaven, Scotland in 1799, when he had his son James baptised at Dunnottar church on October 19. The younger James’s son Alexander, born in 1838, was the first of three generations of Alex’s, the last of them being my grandfather.
